Baked hush pups

Suggestion: This old-school preferred gets a healthy upgrade with Greek yogurt and no frying.
- Include 1/2 teaspoon canola oil.
- Include 1/2 cup sliced onions.
- Saute till soft and tender.
- Include 1 cup all-purpose flour.
- Include 1 cup cornmeal.
- Include 2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
- Include 1/3 cup low-fat milk.
- Include 2 eggs.
- Include 1 tablespoon baking powder.
- Include 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
- Include 1 teaspoon sugar.
- Include 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
- Include prepared onions.
- Mix well up until relatively thick.
- Location 1/4 cup into each muffin slot.
- Bake 18 to 22 minutes at 400 F.
