A Monday mailbag as we start NFL draft month:
From. (@elons18thchild):
Exists a point in the Tua settlements where they will be thought about “broken down” or “stalled”?
That point would come just if one side reaches a point where they state this is as high/low as we're prepared to go and it's not appropriate to the other celebration. While we're not going to be privy to those settlements, I ‘d discover it difficult to think we're anywhere near that circumstance.
From Chris Shields (@shieldsc_):
How comfy are you with our week 1 beginning OL being Armstead, Wynn, Brewer, Eichenberg and Jackson? With Jones and Driscoll being our swing gamers.
Hey Chris, Armstead plainly is the crucial and if he's healthy, he right away raises the entire group. As provided here, I believe that's a more than reputable group.
From Jason Kirkland (@ 1bigdad424):
What's up Alain? I think Miami needs to have signed a huge back for short-yardage circumstances. I understand you like Brooks, however they plainly revealed they do not think in him, he essentially just got genuine playing time in blowouts. A.J. Dillon would have been great. Your ideas?
It's a reasonable argument, however just how much would you spend for a running back who would get very little brings because, let's face it, the bulk of the work will go to Raheem Mostert and De'Von Achane. And why would Dillon have wished to come here under that circumstance?
THE DOLPHINS AND WIDE RECEIVER TOPICS
From Television Guy (@CurtisM59427242):
Is Claypool still on the group? Do you believe he has any advantage? Why didn't he play more in 2015?
Hey Curtis, Claypool is not on the Dolphins lineup any longer as he's an unlimited complimentary representative still searching for a group for 2024. There's an appealing capability there, however one needs to be interested in the reality he's been on 3 groups in 4 NFL seasons. The truth that he hardly played after the Dolphins traded for him recommends some sort of underlying concern, maybe the capability to get a playbook or perhaps he's simply not a terrific practice gamer.
From Chris Bustin (@ChrisBustin13):
Hey, Alain. Miami didn't gain from their Ryan Tannehill error. I'm starting to question if it would have been much better for Miami's future if Brian Flores had actually stayed as the head coach– if for no other factor than his determination to proceed from Tua. What do you believe? Thanks!
Hey Chris, you're attempting to get me in difficulty with the Tua fans, aren't you? LOL. I believe the jury is still out on your concern, however, due to the fact that Tua's time in Miami isn't done and who's to state he can't take the next action and lead the Dolphins deep into the playoffs. If that occurs, then it would have been apparent the Dolphins made the best option.
