On August 8, China Hotel, Guangzhou revealed the 4th season of its distinguished “Rediscovery (消失的名菜)” menu, marking the extension of a cultural and cooking journey that started in 2020. In cooperation with the Guangzhou Museum, China Hotel released this ingenious brand name, which has actually developed from restoring historic dishes to recreating Republic-era banquets, and now releasing a collection of these rediscovered meals.
