Manga author Hirokazu Yasuhara revealed an anime adjustment of his Video Game Center Shoujo to Ibunka Kouryuu (Cultural Exchange With Game Center Girlmanga on X (previously Twitter) on Thursday, exposing a celebratory illustration (imagined).
Yasuhara initially released the piece of life funny manga as a one-shot in Jump GIGA under the title Video Game Center Ibunka Kouryuu in February 2019. He started publishing the series on his X (Twitter) and Pixiv accounts in December that year before starting serialization on the Dra-Dra Sharp # web manga website in May 2020. Kadokawa released the 8th volume on July 9.
Summary
Renji Kusakabe, a game worker, one day notifications a little foreign lady having a hard time to win a packed toy called “Manly Koala” from a crane video game. 3 hours later on, after completing his shift, Renji sees the lady still at the video game, however the toy stays unmoved.
Sympathizing with her, he chooses to assist. He inserts a 100-yen coin and, with one skilled shot, wins the toy, which he then hands to the lady. Shocked by this unforeseen gesture, the lady takes a look at Renji with suspicion. Flustered, Renji quickly informs her it’s a Valentine’s Day present.
