Lip readers, put together! At the 2024 VMAs, electronic cameras captured Taylor Swift’s response to Video Vanguard Award winner Katy Perry’s approval speech, and her response to one particular line is specifically appealing.
In her speech, Perry, Swift’s good friend turned bane turned good friend once again, thanked the LGBTQ+ neighborhood for teaching her that it was possible to be both “kind and c-nt.” Clapping throughout (if there’s something Swift’s gon na do at an awards reveal, it’s stand and clap), Swift then turned to her long time manufacturer Jack Antonoff, having obviously overheard whatever he was stating to his other seatmate. He then pointed directly at her. Was Jack Antonoff calling Taylor Swift both “kind and c-nt”? Kinda appears like it. Take a look at the video here.
