Einbinder made a cameo on Saturday Night Live together with her Hacks co-star Jean Smart to present Jelly Roll.
While she works together with Smart on the Max funny series, Einbinder has enough of her own history with the long-running NBC series– she is the child of Laraine Newman, who starred in SNL from the very start.
Newman was among the OG stars from Season 1 (she’s played by Emily Fairn in Jason Reitman’s film Saturday Nightup until she left in 1980.
Newman remained in the news previously this month after she was tweeting up a storm around the Emmys, when she knocked The Bear remaining in the funny classification.
