U.S. Travel to Congress: Pass Hurricane Disaster Relief as Quickly as Possible

WASHINGTON – U.S. Travel Association President and CEO Geoff Freeman released the following declaration requiring Congressional action to money cyclone catastrophe relief:

The destruction of Hurricanes Helene and Milton needs that Congress pass catastrophe relief as quickly as possible. Neighborhoods, small companies and employees in the course of the storms– much of whom depend upon visitors– are not able to invite conventions, conferences and leisure tourists up until Congress offers the needed resources to reconstruct. If there are any unneeded hold-ups, American neighborhoods will unnecessarily suffer.
