Here’s my opening speech at GamesBeat at The Game Awards occasion at the Grammy Museum at LA Live on December 7.
The Game Awards is the greatest event of video gaming that we have with more than 100 million individuals viewing it. We felt there was no much better time to do an occasion that assisted commemorate video gaming with the GamesBeat neighborhood.
We are here today to commemorate video gaming’s increase. When I was maturing, video gaming was brand-new. For several years, it was stuck in a subculture of nerdiness. It was poisonous. It had lots of bullies. And there weren’t numerous ladies. It was plainly in a subculture off by itself. Enjoyable for some.
