Merab Dvalishvili ended the unbeaten run of Umar Nurmagomedov for his very first bantamweight title defense on Saturday at UFC 311.
Getting in as the wagering underdog, Dvalishvili (19-4 MMA, 12-2 UFC) managed the METHOD upset over Nurmagomedov (18-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) to maintain his 135-pound belt and extend his winning streak to 12 successive battles in the co-main occasion at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, Calif.
