Eris Lifesciences Ltd is a noted Indian pharmaceutical business and a leading gamer in the domestic top quality formulas market.
According to the block offer information readily available on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), ChrysCapital through its affiliate Emerald Investment Ltd offered 98,86,882 shares, totaling up to a 7.27% stake in Ahmedabad-based Eris Lifesciences.
The shares were dealt with at a typical cost of 1,201 each, taking the deal worth to 1,187.41 crore.

Shares of Eris Lifesciences increased 2.13% to close at 1,238.65 each on the NSE.
Previously this month, Eris Lifesciences stated its combined revenue after tax decreased by 4.5% year-on-year to 89 crore for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024.
The drug maker reported a revenue after tax of 94 crore in the April-June quarter of the last financial.
Its income increased to 720 crore for the very first quarter of 2024-25 from 467 crore in the year-ago duration.
