It’s no shock that De’Vondre Campbell’s San Francisco 49ers colleagues were incredibly dissatisfied hearing that the linebacker declined to go into Thursday’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
And their words were really extreme.
“He’s an expert, he’s been betting a long period of time. If he didn’t wish to play, he should not have actually dressed out. He might’ve informed me that before the video game,” Charvarius Ward stated. “So I seem like that was some sucker [expletive]that he did. It absolutely injured the group … He’s most likely going to get cut quickly.”
George Kittle’s take?
“I do not see how you might do something like that to your group,” he informed press reporters. “I’ve never ever been around anyone that’s ever done that and I hope I’m never ever around anybody that does that once again.”
