Former President Donald Trump slammed the director of the 1992 Christmas film Home Alone 2: Lost in New York for declaring that Trump bullied his method onto the set.
Before Trump was president, he was a popular New York City realty power gamer who made unique looks in renowned ’90s television programs and films embeded in the Big Apple, from a cameo with Samantha Jones in Season 2 of Sex and the City to an altercation with Kevin McCallister in Home Alone 2
Chris Columbus, the motion picture’s director, stated that Trump’s cameo in the film was not at first the director’s choice. He stated that in order to shoot in the lobby of The Plaza Hotel, where part of the film is recorded, Trump, who owned the hotel at the time, asked for that he remain in the film.
Trump later on declared, nevertheless, that it was Columbus who was “pleading me to make a cameo” in the film.

In an interview with Business Insider published on Saturday, Columbus stated that those associated with the motion picture not just needed to pay a cost to utilize the place, however Trump “likewise stated, ‘The only method you can utilize the Plaza is if I’m in the film.'”
