The Guinness Partnership, among the biggest service providers of economical real estate and care in England, is planning to participate in agreement with local specialists to provide its scheduled financial investment and significant works programs for its 70,000 residential or commercial properties.
The agreements will be divided into the following English areas:
- Northwest and Greater Manchester (₤ 320m worth, 20,000 homes)
- Yorkshire, Humberside, East Midlands (₤ 155m worth, 11,000 residential or commercial properties)
- Home Counties (₤ 110m worth, 9,000 residential or commercial properties)
- Southeast & & Coast and Greater London (₤ 260m worth, 19,000 residential or commercial properties)
- Southwest (₤ 260m worth, 11,000 residential or commercial properties).
Selected specialists in each of the areas will be needed to perform scheduled works that will consist of bathroom and kitchen replacements, roof repair work and renewals, electrical works, external and internal designs, structural repair work, window replacements and repair work, de-carbonisation, sustainability and retrofit works, disrepair works, big reactive repair work and significant spaces, and structure and fire security works.
The homes, mainly flats and homes, cover a mix of basic requirements, supported real estate and leaseholder/shared ownership homes.
