Chelsea's Palmer, Arsenal's Saka lead guys's PFA Young Player shortlist

Chelsea's Cole Palmer, Arsenal's Bukayo Saka and Manchester United set Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho lead the elections for the males's 2023-24 PFA Young Player of the Year award.
