Previous NFL pass receiver Braylon Edwards saved an 80-year-old male from being attacked inside a locker space at a YMCA in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Per Shawn Ley and Brandon Carr of WDIV 4 in Detroit, the occurrence happened this previous Friday when Edwards was at the Farmington Family YMCA and discovered the male being attacked by a 25-year-old guy. Edwards stated the 25-year-old attempted to combat him in addition to he attempted to stop the fracas.
“I essentially stroll into the locker space after work, and I hear some sound about 4 rows behind me, simply over arguing about music, somebody playing some music too loud,” Edwards stated. “So, I'm not taking note– it's none of my company. The sound intensifies, and after that you can begin to hear some pressing and pushing– I suggest, you understand what combating seem like. You begin to hear some tussling, you begin to hear some fists. Then as soon as I heard a thud … that's what got me up, that's what got me to turn around.”
At that point, Edwards actioned in to stop things from intensifying even more than they currently did.

Edwards played 8 seasons in the NFL for 4 groups from 2005 to 2012, making a Pro Bowl choice and second-team All-Pro honors in 2007. The Detroit native starred at Michigan from 2001 to 2004 and was the No. 3 choice in the 2005 NFL draft.
