I have actually repaired ‘clearance months’ where I’m just permitted to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables from the farmers market. Whatever else requires to come from the kitchen. It’s an excellent method to clear the freezers from veggies and pre-cooked meals and really consuming all my dried beans, lentils, and rice. I have an unique journal and track what I like to consume or which items are the most flexible (rolled oats can make homemade made oat milk, cookies, and over night oats, for instance).”
