A lawyer for Combs stated Jones' “careless name-dropping about occasions that are pure fiction and just did not take place is absolutely nothing more than a transparent effort to gather headings.”
“We have frustrating, unassailable evidence that his claims are total lies. Our efforts to share this evidence with Mr. Jones' lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, have actually been neglected, as Mr. Blackburn declines to return our calls,” the lawyer, Shawn Holley, stated in a declaration. “We will resolve these over-the-top claims in court and take all suitable action versus those who make them.”
