Telugu star Allu Arjun, called as an implicated in the event associated to the terrible death of a lady throughout a stampede at the best of his most current movie Pushpa 2, appeared before the cops here on Sunday as part of his bail conditions.
Arjun, noted as implicated No 11 in the event, was given routine bail by a city court on January 3. According to the court’s instructions, the star is needed to appear before the examining officer every Sunday in between 10 am and 1 pm for a duration of 2 months or up until the charge sheet is submitted, whichever comes previously.
Furthermore, the court advised the Pushpa star not to alter his property address without previous intimation to the court and disallowed him from leaving the nation without previous approval. These conditions will stay in force till the case is fixed.
The occurrence happened on December 4, when a stampede-like scenario appeared at Sandhya theatre in Hyderabad as fans collected to see the star throughout the Pushpa 2 best. A 35-year-old female lost her life, and her eight-year-old child sustained injuries in the mayhem.
Following the disaster, a case was signed up versus Allu Arjun, his security group, and the theatre management at the Chikkadpally police headquarters. The charges were submitted under different areas of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) based upon a grievance by the departed lady’s household.
Allu Arjun was apprehended on December 13 in connection with the case. The Telangana High Court approved him interim bail on December 14, which is set to end on January 10.
