Historical Inn at Warner Hall Acquired by BluWater Group
GLOUCESTER, Virginia-- BluWater Group, an Orlando, Florida-based personal equity company, revealed today the growth of its portfolio with the acquisition of the Inn at Warner Hall, a lovely 11-room inn noted on the National Register of Historic Places. Established in 1642 as part of an initial land grant, the Inn rests on 38-acres along the Severn River and was formerly owned by Troy and Theresa Stavens.
