Houston Texans pass receiver Tank Dell suffered a "considerable" knee injury in Saturday's 27-19 loss to the Chiefs and it will need him to stay in a Kansas City-area medical facility over night for more examination, head coach DeMeco Ryans revealed.
"Tank had a substantial knee injury and he'll be remaining here in Kansas City over night getting more examinations, and we'll get an upgrade tomorrow on him," Ryans stated. "Just all our ideas and prayers are with Tank today."
NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reports that while medical professionals are still working to figure out the level of his injury, Dell did suffer a dislocated kneecap. Rapoport includes that surgical treatment is possible, however it has actually not yet taken place.
