Spending plan: ₤ 242m to Canary Wharf and Barking for 8,000 homes

Amongst a clutch of little costs dedications, he stated ₤ 242m of levelling up financing would be carried into supporting the structure of 8,000 homes at Barking Riverside and Canary Wharf in east London.
This levelling-up financing will be divided into ₤ 118m for Canary Wharf to speed up a life sciences center, industrial and retail flooring area, a health care diagnostic center and approximately 750 homes.
An additional ₤ 124m will go to Barking Riverside to open 7,200 homes.
