Sanaa--The U.S. armed force stated Wednesday its forces strike weapons storage centers utilized by Yemen's Houthi rebels to assault American warships and business vessels. The operation included "numerous accuracy strikes," United States Central Command (CENTCOM) stated in a declaration, including "there were no injuries or damage to United States workers or devices," The declaration did not define the area of the storage centers. "The strikes become part of CENTCOM's effort to break down Iranian-backed (Houthi) tries to threaten local partners and military and merchant vessels in the area," it stated.
