₤ 450m Coventry city centre regrowth thumbs up
The landmark housing-led propositions are set to significantly change the centre around Coventry market, producing a pedestrian-friendly property, shopping and leisure center.
Stage 1 consists of 991 homes in addition to 8,000 sq m of business area, all set within 17,000 sq m of public open area.
