HOWELL, Mich.-- Democrat Kristen McDonald Rivet is forecasted to win Michigan's 8th Congressional District, vanquishing Republican Paul Junge with 51.3% of the vote to his 44.6%.
Junge set up a strong battle in this essential Rust Belt district that covers Flint, Saginaw and Midland-- and generally chooses Democrats.
