Legendre UK lands London workplace plan
Developed by TateHindle designers, the advancement will include 6 floorings of versatile workplace and facility area, covering from the basement to the 4th flooring. The structure will consist of available roofing system balconies on the 3rd and 4th floorings, with planting throughout levels 2 to 4.
Work begins this month and will include the demolition of the existing workplace block on website with Legendre UK serving as primary professional and a co-investor. Conclusion is arranged for Q3 2026.
