Apple is establishing a wise doorbell and lock system that would utilize Face ID to open the door for recognized citizens, Mark Gurman reports in the Power On newsletter. The face-scanning doorbell would link to a clever deadbolt, which might consist of existing HomeKit-compatible third-party locks, according to Gurman.
