GPlates uses an unique mix of interactive plate tectonic restorations, geographical details system (GIS) performance and raster information visualisation. GPlates makes it possible for both the visualisation and the control of plate tectonic restorations and associated information through geological time. GPlates operate on Windows, Linux and macOS.
