Distraught Amazon staff members send out AWS chief open letter versus RTO policy, calling it an ‘straight-out abdication’ of its function as market leader
Annoyed Amazon workers opened another front in their battle versus the business's return-to-office required.
On Wednesday, 523 staff members in the Amazon Web Services department sent its president, Matt Garman, an open letter detailing their aggravation with the brand-new policy.
"Our time working from another location throughout the height of the COVID-19 pandemic showed that we work, innovative, and effective without being mainly in-person, and to take no lessons from that experience would be incredibly frustrating, since Amazon is and constantly will be an international business," the open letter checks out.
