Sonic Team will work to keep its video games on last-gen systems for as long as possible.
That's according to manufacturer Takashi Iizuka, who stated in an interview with IGN that he desires "as lots of people as possible to play" Sonic video games, despite the fact that later on, advanced systems allow "more recent Sonic video games [to] reveal the speed of Sonic".
