Late last month, Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, a.k.a. the leaders of Donald Trump's freshly formed Department of Government Efficiency, composed an op-ed proposing that the federal government fire any federal staff members who will not operate in the workplace 5 days a week, recommending this as a method to assist slash $2 trillion from the spending plan.
