Infertility is an extensive issue: worldwide, one in 8 couples stop working to satisfy their desire to have kids within a year-- and even at all. In half the cases, this is because of fertility conditions that originate from the male. It is hard to determine the hereditary causes of such fertility conditions in human beings. Scientists do not have information on the quality of semen and on molecular markers from adequately big mates of healthy males of reproductive age. The course to a much better understanding of which genes and systems manage male fertility for that reason lies through ideal lab animals-- in this case, bulls.
