Dec. 30 (UPI)-- U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke Monday with leaders of Venezuela's democratic opposition to declare U.S. assistance for the Venezuelan individuals, and their votes "revealed at the tally box," in the middle of continuous calls to launch unjustly apprehended political detainees.
