Butternut squash ravioli

Serves 12

Suggestion: After boiling the ravioli, you can saute it quickly in a little olive oil or butter, if preferred.

  1. Include 2 cups flour.
  2. Include 1/2 cup ground flaxseed.
  3. Include 4 eggs.
  4. Include 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  5. Process till flour is integrated.
  6. Reserve 30 minutes.
  7. Include 3 cups roasted butternut squash.
  8. Include 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Include 1 egg.
  10. Include 1 teaspoon salt.
  11. Include 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
  12. Include 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  13. Process till well-mixed and smooth.
  14. Gently brush with water.
  15. Press to get rid of air.
  16. Boil 8 minutes.
