Chicken cordon bleu
Serves 4
Idea: If you do not have spinach on hand, swap in broccoli, asparagus, green beans or sauteed kale.
- Include 1 cup panko bread crumbs.
- Include 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
- Include 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Include 1 teaspoon sliced fresh parsley.
- Include 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
- Include 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
- Include 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- Include 1/2 cup egg alternative.
- Pound out 4-ounce chicken breasts to even density.
- Include 1/2 ounce Swiss cheese to each breast.
- Include 1/2 ounce Canadian bacon.
- Include 1/4 cup sauteed spinach.
- Coat with egg replacement
- Coat in bread crumb mix.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 F.
