Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) protected a Louisiana law needing the Ten Commandments be awaited the state’s class, arguing to Steve Bannon that America requires morals.

“We require morals back in our country, back in our schools. If there’s anything we are going to provide in front of our kids, it’s going to be, it needs to be the word of God,” Boebert informed Bannon on his “War Room” podcast. “It’s not some woke trend of the day that you can get canceled for thinking in 10 years from now.”

Boebert declared kids might gain from a spiritual message, one which critics state breaks the essential constitutional concept of the separation of church and state. The Colorado congresswoman highlighted the Bible’s anti-adultery message, weeks after appearing to support Donald Trump as he stood trial for payments he made to conceal his affair with Stormy Daniels.

“Also noted in the Ten Commandments is ‘Thou shalt not take.’ Possibly the Left and a few of these political leaders are having a disaster over having that, right there, noted in our class– Thou shalt not take,” Boebert, whose boy was detained in February on home theft charges, went on to state, per Meidas Touch News.

Boebert, who supposed to be a champ of the word of God, drew attention in 2023 for devoting raunchy acts in public throughout an efficiency of “Beetlejuice,” which got her and her date tossed out of a Denver theater.

Bannon, a previous consultant to Donald Trump and the chief designer of the notorious “Muslim restriction,” deals with an approaching jail sentence for breaking a Congressional subpoena released by the January 6th choose committee after a federal appeals judge rejected his plea to stay totally free on Thursday.

Boebert deals with a Tuesday primary in Colorado’s 4th congressional district, which she picked to run in after almost losing her seat in 2022.
