3 extra floors will be contributed to Westminster Tower
Westminster Tower, a business structure on the south side of Lambeth Bridge at 3 Albert Embankment, is to be reconditioned into a mixed-use structure making up business workplace approximately the 3rd flooring with 14 floorings of property homes above that.
The leading 3 brand-new floorings are being freshly built to change the existing high level plant locations.
The heating and cooling for both property and business components of the structure will originate from a closed-loop ground source heatpump.
Westminster Tower is among 12 websites acquired by London Square this year following its acquisition by Abu Dhabi designer Aldar in late 2023
